I have been in the probation field for almost 30 years. I have been the department's training manager for the last 5 years. Our department discovered Island Consulting last September. We brought them in for a three day training session for our Senior Deputies and management staff. I can tell you without hesitation, the instructor's training is unique, exciting, and will bring positive changes to your staff and organization. We brought Island Consulting back for three days in February, 2008 to train our remaining staff; results were outstanding. Staff internalized the material, demonstrated their understanding of the information, and were able to present the material to the class. The excitement generated by the instructor and our staff was remarkable. I cannot recommend Island Consulting more highly.

This course would help counselors with their counseling skills and teach the minors ethical decision making.
